We love our local talent at Beer DeLuxe! This Thursday we are proud to present an evening with brewers Cam and Dave from the Mountain Goat Brewery and their bewitching blonde- Rapunzel. Winner of this year's Premier's Trophy at the Australian International Beer Awards, this is beer is now on a strict limited release.
Made in the style of a Belgian Strong Blonde Ale, Rapunzel is faintly cloudy and deep golden in colour. Its spicy aromas, derived from a Belgian yeast, are reminiscent of vanilla and cloves. The body is medium to dry with a complex yet smooth clean finish. 7.6% alc/vol.
Though she is worth it, we've saved you having to scale towers for a taste, so come down to Beer DeLuxe this Thursday 9th July at 6pm to try Rapunzel on tap. The chef's have even prepared a specially matched spiced lamb goulash for the occasion. Also available on the night are the Mountain Goat Hightail Ale and Surefoot Stout.
