Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan and Samuel Adams have released new champagne like beer- Infinium
Beer DeLuxe in association with Phoenix Beers is proud to host the Victorian launch of the beer. Join us on Thursday 24th February to be one of the first few people in the state to savour this special brew.
Two years of development, four ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast) and over 1000 years of brewery experience have been combined to result in a new dimension of the art of brewing in the form of an innovative, ground-breaking beer: Infinium.
The joint venture between the world's oldest brewery; Weihenstephan and American brewing pioneer Samuel Adams unites a new way of thinking about the world of "extreme beers" with the traditional standards according to following the German purity law from 1516 which states that only four ingredients are allowed when brewing beer: malt, hops, water and yeast.
Tickets cost $15pp and included in the price are Infinium, other Weihenstephan products and a light meal. There will be special prices on Weihenstephan draught throughout the night.
