Restaurant Manager (Greek Grill)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Greek Grill (Federation Square) for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will involve running two separate restaurants including Greek Grill and the Hamburger Bar. You will be required to manage and lead the team whilst recognizing excellent performance and customer service. The manager must select, appoint, develop and manage their team members. Furthermore they must provide a clean and welcoming restaurant / bar and ensuring food specifications are delivered to company standards
